The Wine Department at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse combines professional service and exceptional selections with the goal of providing the perfect wine experience to compliment a memorable evening. The award-winning wine list offers a wide range of the most popular wines as well as some hard to find gems from around the globe. All of the bottles are impeccably stored and served by a knowledgeable staff that is eager to assist each guest with his or her selection.

Vintage Wines
Pappas. Bros. offers a tremendous selection of older vintage wines from the best producers and vintages. A vertical selection of Heitz Martha's Vineyard dating back to the spectacular 1968 bottling can be found. Also from California, great verticles of Grace Family Cabernet, Williams and Selyem Pinot Noir, Peter Michael and Kistler Chardonnays are cellared in depth. World class wines from France include the best Bordeaux vintages from Chateau Petrus, Lafite, Latour, Mouton, Margaux, Cheval Blanc and Haut Brion dating from 1900. French Burgundy includes DRC and Leroy dating back to 1942 and Sauternes from Chateau d'Yquem from the 1900 vintage.

Our Wine List
The wine list at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse quickly built a reputation as one of the finest in the state. The constantly changing list boasts over 1800 wines from nearly every major fine wine-producing region in the world. Screaming Eagle and Bryant Family Cabernets. Marcassin and Peter Michael Chardonnays, Turley Zins, William and Selyem Pinot Noir, Araujo Petite Syrah and many other hard-to-find selections are offered. Each section of the list was designed to offer a variety of producers, vintages and prices. The department also serves many large format from our collection.

Our Wine Cellar
Currently over 25,000 bottles are in inventory to supplement the volume of wine served at the steakhouse. The restaurant includes a wine room that offers dining as well as wine storage. We invite you to visit our wine cellar, where the best vintages are kept at 58 degrees with constant humidity. All bottles rest on their side to insure a moist cork.

Cigars
Pappas Bros. Steakhouse is proud to offer 60 sizes and brands of the world's finest cigars. Among some of the great names we offer are Ashton, Dunhill, Davidoff, Arturo Fuente, Padron, Opus X and many more.

Ports & Madeiras
We proudly offer rare vintage and nonvintage wines from the world's leading producers. Vintage ports from Taylor, Fonseca and Dow's can be found dating back to the 1924 vintage. The Madeira selection dates back to 1795.

Single Malt Scotches
We hold one of the largest collections of rare single malts in the Southwest. We proudly offer a fine selection of gems such as Bowmore 40 Year Old and Macallan 1946. We feature merchant-labeled single malts from every region in Scotland.

Cognacs
We have an exclusive selection of premiere cognacs including La Fontaine de la Pouyade. Remy Louis XIII and Ferrand 70 Year.
