Located in Orange County, CA, the Bruery was established as a small, friend & family run business in 2008. The Bruery, which specializes in barrel aged and experimental ales, is founded on the excitement that founder and owner, Patrick Rue, felt in those first years of homebrewing and then continue to strive for the same passion in every aspect of the business today. Join us as our very own Master Sommelier, Jack Mason, walks you through the many styles of beer that the Bruery has to offer!
